We have improved and resumed our shipping to all EU countries using UPS via Spain - order PrEP and receive it in under 2 weeks now.
In the last few weeks, we noticed that EU shipments through CZ Post have been getting less reliable. Hence we decided to make the switch to fulfilling orders from a new distribution site in Spain using UPS. Here are some important things for you to note:
- We can now reliably ship to all EU countries again, including previously problematic countries such as Greece, Cyprus, Spain, Portugal, Slovakia and Slovenia
- Only Ricovir EM, Tenvir EM and Tafero EM are currently available for purchase in EU - we are working to offer our other products through this route in the future as well
- Unfortunately, we’ve had to increase our product and EU shipping prices due to higher costs involved with distribution through Spain - however, our PrEP is still priced very affordably, and we are currently the only reputable supplier to offer reliable shipment to EU using this method
As always, though we’ve tested this new shipping method rigorously before going live, we will offer you a full refund if for any reason you don’t receive your order.
For EU customers with existing CZ Post orders that have not been fulfilled:
- Our CZ Post route is still indefinitely delayed due to issues receiving our last batch of PrEP
- Please contact us directly at [email protected] if you would like to cancel your order for a full refund, and place a new order using the new Spain-EU method instead
- Otherwise, we will fulfill your order when CZ Post starts working again (but we cannot guarantee when this will happen)
