A few important things to note for EU customers when buying PrEP:
- Make sure that you only have Ricovir EM, Tenvir EM or Tafero EM in your cart, or you will not be able to complete your order
- Double check to make sure that you have entered the correct address at checkout - we will not be able to make any changes once your PrEP has been shipped out
- Monitor the tracking number provided regularly and try to be at home to receive the parcel if possible. If delivery fails, get in touch with the postal service with your tracking number to arrange for collection - we cannot give out any refunds or reshipment if delivery has already been attempted
