We try our best to ship to as many countries worldwide as possible. In the case where it is not possible to ship to your country (whether because of legal or logistics reasons or otherwise), we will offer a full refund on your order as long as it hasn’t been shipped out.
In rare cases, depending on the country you are ordering from, import taxes might be imposed on your order. In this case, paying for the import tax is your sole responsibility, and not that of PrEP Online’s. We are not responsible for confiscation or loss of goods after they have been shipped.

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to offer a refund on any goods sold once they have been shipped.
However, if you change your mind after ordering and wish to cancel an order before it has been shipped, we will be able to provide a full refund.
